Frequently asked questions

How do I earn candies?
Train daily to earn candies. Your Trainer Card level boosts how many you earn. Spend candies to level up your Trainer Card for bigger boosts.
What kinds of candies are there?
Faction candies (one of four colors based on your faction), cosmic candies from guild visits, silver candies from referring friends, and golden candies as a premium tier. All four can be spent on raffle entries — every slot weighs 1 ticket regardless of currency.
What are factions?
When you sign up you pick one of four factions: Fire, Water, Grass, or Electric. Your faction determines which candy type you earn from training.
Can I win real cards?
Yes. The GCEA Vault holds real graded Pokémon cards. Spend candies to enter raffles for a chance to win physical cards shipped to your door.
How does daily training work?
Train your Party once per day to earn faction candies. Your Trainer Card level and streak boost how many you earn. Spend your candies to upgrade your Trainer Card to the next level for a bigger per-train yield.
What's a Lucky Train?
Every train has a small chance of paying out more than usual. About 88% of trains are a normal 1× payout. ~10% roll a 2× "Lucky Train". ~2% roll a 3× "MEGA Lucky Train". The roll is independent of your level — even Level 1 trainers can hit a Mega. Your streak and tier still scale the base award, so a 3× Mega at Level 10 is bigger than a 3× Mega at Level 1.
What is the Grand Exchange?
A peer-to-peer market for trading faction candies between colors. Post a slot saying what you give and what you want, and the system auto-matches you with another trainer offering the inverse.
What is the Rarity Report?
A free tool that scores any Pokémon card's collectibility out of 100, including rarity grade, grading recommendations, and an AI analyst you can chat with.
What is Pre-Grade AI?
Upload a card photo and our AI estimates its PSA grade before you send it for official grading — saving you from submitting low-value cards.
How do friend invites work?
Share your invite link. When a friend signs up and trains for the first time, they're confirmed as your friend. You earn silver candies per confirmed friend, plus a daily drip candy each time they train.
